Our Crew

Over the last 5 years, we have been building a unique crew with the common goal of producing quality hardwood flooring, paneling, trim, and stairs. As we start 2023, I can’t help but be amazed at how the crew at Union Church Millworks has trained and worked so hard to produce high quality flooring.

Our crew is made up of individuals that have been with UCM for 20 years and individuals that have been here for 3 months. We’ve found that everyone has a slightly different outlook, but when we combine them, the result is quite amazing. We’ve been told that the floor that is being produced right now is our best to date. I can say without a doubt that it is due to the dedication of our crew!
